I will explore your current health concerns/conditions. I will discuss your complete health history from birth until present.
I may discuss any functional testing that I feel needs further investigation.
A treatment plan will be emailed to you with diet & lifestyle modifications. A herbal and/or supplement prescription will also be available for you, if necessary.
***Please note if functional testing is required a follow up consult will be made to discuss results. Herbal/nutritional prescriptions will be formulated & treatment plans completed.
